這款淺烘焙咖啡由 Union 咖啡團隊精心調配，選用來自祕魯 Chirinos 與盧安達 Maraba 兩個卓越合作社的咖啡豆，打造出明亮、平衡且專為夏季設計的風味。
Chirinos 合作社集結了祕魯高山地區超過 800 位小農，他們重視有機種植，並以每一杯咖啡逐步建立社區繁榮。Maraba 合作社在 Union 的故事中佔有特殊地位——它是我們自 2002 年以來的第一個合作社夥伴，也是精品咖啡界最令人矚目的轉型故事之一。咖啡種植於盧安達海拔 1,700 公尺的山丘上，反映了數十年來的工藝、用心與承諾。
