I'm on my third bag now and the light roasts really do brighten up my morning pour-over, the citrusy finish stays clean even when it cools down. The 15% off the first three orders made it easy to commit, and so far the seasonal microlots haven't disappointed.
The citrusy notes in this month’s microlot really popped through my pour-over, exactly the bright profile I was hoping for. The 15% off the first three orders made it easy to commit, and the medium roast is a solid daily driver.
