This concentrate holds up beautifully in a shaker with club soda for a quick cocktail base—dense enough that two ounces still tastes like coffee, not water. Made a nitro-style batch with my whipped cream dispenser and the fizz lasted longer than I thought it would.

The sweetness and smoothness carry right through even after I dilute it with a lot of ice, so it never tastes watered down like other concentrates I've tried. I've been mixing it into a white rum and cola combo for a coffee cocktail kick, and it blends perfectly without any bitterness.

I've been using this as the base for my at-home nitro cold brew and it's ridiculously smooth, no bitterness at all. The sweetness it carries means I don't even add syrup to my iced coffee anymore.
